How can we help?

We're a small team. Every email goes straight to us — usually answered the same day. The fastest way to reach us is below.

If something's broken or feels off, tell us. The faster you do, the faster we can fix it. Below: a handful of quick fixes that resolve most issues, plus where to send specific kinds of email.

Quick fixes

Try these in order before emailing. Two minutes total — they resolve most issues.

  1. 01.

    Force-close and reopen the app

    On iPhone, swipe up from the bottom and flick Pick 'Em Sports off the carousel. On Android, open recent apps and dismiss the card. Then reopen. Clears most temporary glitches.

  2. 02.

    Update to the latest version

    Check the App Store or Google Play for a Pick 'Em Sports update. We ship fixes often — running the latest build quietly solves a lot.

  3. 03.

    Check your connection

    Picks, leaderboards, and league data sync live. On a flaky connection the app can appear stuck or stale. Toggle between Wi-Fi and cellular.

  4. 04.

    Sign out and back in

    In the app: Settings → Sign Out. Then sign back in. Refreshes your session and pulls a clean copy of your data.

  5. 05.

    Notifications not arriving

    Check device settings first: Settings → Notifications → Pick 'Em Sports at the system level. Then check the app's own preferences under Settings → Notifications.

Account & data

Delete your account

You can delete your account from inside the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, picks, league memberships, leaderboard history, and any other content tied to your account. The deletion is irreversible.

If you can't reach the app for any reason, email support@pickemtech.com from the address on your account and we'll process it for you.

Get a copy of your data

Email support@pickemtech.com from the address on your account with the subject Data Export Request. We'll send your data in a portable format within a reasonable timeframe.
